The purposes and functions of the New Orleans Concierge Association are to maintain and improve the level of service excellence within the hospitality industry, to create a network of professional concierges through friendship locally and nationally that shares information and assistance, to establish and promote a high level of ethical standards, to keep abreast of the latest tools and technologies related to the profession, to establish contacts and communication with area vendors, merchants, restaurants, etc., to foster and encourage new concierges and to promote tourism of the Greater New Orleans area and Louisiana. |
